1. List your home
Buyers and Sellers Realty makes listing your home easy! Call 225-291-9991 to contact one of our helpful agents and review your options and help get the listing process started.
2. Market your home
We’ll list your home online with every available real estate outlet in the area. We’ll also set you up with a nice Buyers and Sellers Realty yard sign, open house signs, lockbox and some professional fliers.
3. Home tours and open houses
Buyers and Sellers Realty will coordinate all home tours including showing requests from other agents and buyers who may not have a Realtor and call off of the for sale sign. Our showing request appointment line is up from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays & 8 AM to 5 PM on Sundays. This makes it easy for other Real Estate Agents to get instant confirmations for showing requests. And for after-hours requests, Webdigs has an “on-call” agent who will handle inquiries. Your agent will help you with tips on everything from how to increase curb appeal to staging your home. We can also recommend cleaners, contractors, stagers and landscapers to get your home looking perfect.
Open Houses are handled on a case by case basis. Not every home benefits from open houses. Furthermore, homes typically don’t sell from opens. Industry statistics show that less than 2% of sell as the result of an open house. Most agents use them as a tool for meeting prospective buyers. However, Agents are happy to host open houses for listings where it makes sense. Sellers are also encouraged to host their own open houses as this provides another opportunity for them save money. If sellers find their own buyer, then they can avoid paying the buyer broker commission, which typically ranges from 2.7% to 3.25% on average.
4. Buyers and Sellers Realty takes offers and negotiates on your behalf
Once you start to receive offers on your home, Buyers and Sellers Realty works with you to negotiate the sale.

How You Save
